We have been going to Burlingame Vet for over 4 years now and they took wonderful care of our senior dog before we had to say goodbye and they have done an amazing job with our 5 month old kittens, one of which has FIP and was so close to death only 4 weeks ago it’s unbelievable. They had no experience with FIP until us and they have been wonderfully supportive and done so much research and learning about the disease and treatment just to take care of Miss Beatrice. Every single staff member is so kind and helpful. They may not be the cheapest option in town, but they provide amazing service and I’ve always felt our animals are in great hands. Oh man what a relief to come to this place after a few years braving the corporate-feeling up-selling at Banfield that always set my teeth on edge and made me feel distrustful of all care recommendations. This feels like a real, old-school, caring, intelligent, veterinary practice, rather than some weird veterinary-care factory at the Banfield. Dr. Larson and the team were smart, prompt, and no weird upselling. Appointments available, in-person care. So so so glad we have swapped to them; not sure why it took me so long.

We are happy to provide help and services for your dogs and cats needs. We have added a new x-ray machine, a new dental cleaning/scaling and polishing machine, and we have made other important updates to our medical supplies to help give the best care possible to our patients.
ALERT!!
Please DO NOT feed your pet any raw diets. The HPAI (Highly Pathogenic Avian influenza) is being spread to pets through raw diets. Wild Coast Raw diets out of Olympia, Washington has had some of their packaged foods recalled, because they have had cases of HPAI found in cats. 2 cats have had to be euthanized. Due to the growing number of illnesses this time of year, we want to insure the health and wellness of our staff and doctors. Clients displaying symptoms of illness (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) should call ahead if they have an appointment for their pet and reschedule their appointment and not come in the clinic. We wish everyone a safe, healthy winter season.
